CAIRO, May 20 (MENA) - Prime Minister Mostafa Madbouli highlighted on Tuesday the depth of relations which bind the leaderships and peoples of Egypt and the UAE, expressing the Egyptian government's aspiration to strengthen and consolidate cooperation with the UAE in various fields.
This came during Madbouli's meeting at the government headquarters in the New Administrative Capital with Sheikh Mohammed bin Hamad Al Sharqi, Crown Prince of Fujairah, Mohammed Al Yamahi, Speaker of the Arab Parliament, and their accompanying delegation.
Madbouli emphasized the existing cooperation with Fujairah in various fields and sectors, pointing to the ongoing efforts to consolidate this cooperation to achieve greater common interests in the coming period.
During the meeting, the premier discussed the efforts made by various Egyptian state agencies to create an attractive investment climate and provide more benefits and incentives to investors in various sectors, seeking to attract more investments to expand existing projects or establish new ones.
He noted in this context that the government continues to implement the various provisions and steps of its economic reform program, which has achieved further progress, as attested to by numerous international institutions, and has positively impacted the indicators and performance of the Egyptian economy.
The meeting also reviewed a number of investment opportunities in various sectors.
For his part, Sheikh Mohammed bin Hamad Al Sharqi expressed his happiness over his visit to Egypt, emphasizing his appreciation for Egyptian-Emirati relations and the close ties that bind the leaderships and peoples of the two countries.
He wished Egypt further progress and prosperity.
During the meeting, the Crown Prince of Fujairah highlighted the current aspects of cooperation and joint coordination in various fields, which further fulfill the aspirations and hopes of the peoples of the two countries, stressing the continuation of efforts to advance further cooperation across various sectors.
