PORT SAID, Egypt, May 10 (MENA) – Prime Minister Moustafa Madbouli has inspected the projects of Roots and Sky Logistics, which aim to back the state’s efforts on achieving food security.
Madbouli started on Saturday a tour to visit and inaugurate a number of projects of the Suez Canal Economic Zone (SCZONE).
The premier inspected Roots project, whose production capacity is 6 million tons a year with total investments of EGP 2.2 billion. The project creates some 500 job opportunities.
He visited the logistic zone of Roots, which will be built over an area of 400,000 square meters with a production capacity of 6 million tons.
The premier also visited the project of Sky Logistics and he was briefed about the multipurpose zone, whose production capacity is 8.5 million tons a year with dlrs 65 million, contributing to offering about 550 job opportunities. (MENA)
