CAIRO, June 14 (MENA) – Prime Minister Mustafa Madbouli inspected the citizen service center in Zawiyat Saqr in Beheira's Abu Matamir district as part of the residential initiative "Decent Life".
The 600 m² facility delivers civil documents, licensing, real estate registration, social support, and postal services under one roof.
The center improves access to public services in rural areas, reducing wait times and simplifying procedures. It also benefits from enhanced telecom infrastructure to support digital operations.
For her part, Beheira Governor Jacqueline Azer said that the center brings essential digital services to rural residents and enhances staff capabilities via ongoing training. It also benefits from upgraded telecommunications infrastructure.
During the visit, Madbouli spoke with a resident who praised the center for significantly reducing processing time and simplifying procedures. (MENA)
