CAIRO, Jan 8 (MENA) – Prime Minister Mostafa Madbouli announced the launch of a nationwide competition to recruit 72,000 teachers in collaboration with the Ministry of Education.

Speaking at a press conference following the weekly Cabinet meeting, Madbouli stated that the initiative aims to address teacher shortage problem and support ongoing education reforms.

Funding for the recruitment has been secured, he said, adding that the process will include competitive exams to ensure qualified candidates are selected.

The premier emphasized that all 72,000 positions will be filled at once to meet both current and future educational needs. He reaffirmed the government’s commitment to strengthening the education system and ensuring its sustainability. (MENA)
