CAIRO, Sept 21 (MENA) – British Ambassador in Cairo Gareth Bayley announced on Wednesday selecting Egyptian-British actor Amir el Masry as the British Embassy in Cairo’s supporter to climate.

This comes ahead of the 2022 United Nations Climate Change Conference (COP27), due to be held in November in Sharm el Sheikh city.

In a press release, the embassy added that el Masry will work with the embassy to spread awareness about the climate change and the need to take serious steps to save the environment.
