NEW ALAMEIN, July 17 (MENA) - Prime Minister Moustafa Madbouli emphasized the concerted efforts of various state bodies and institutions to enhance the quality of public services across different sectors.
These efforts aim to provide more facilitation for citizens and meet their needs and requirements, he added during his inauguration of the new Real Estate Registration and Notarization Complex in New Alamein City Thursday, in presence of several ministers and state officials.
Madbouli pointed to the development efforts that New Alamein City has witnessed recently, with many projects still underway.
This aligns with the developmental objectives for Egypt's northwestern coastal region and reflects the state's comprehensive vision for developing this promising area to attract more investments and maximize its diverse potentials, he added.
While touring the new complex, the prime minister listened to a presentation by Minister of Justice Adnan Fangari on the capabilities of the Real Estate Registration and Notarization Complex.
Fangari explained that the complex has been equipped with various modern electronic tools that allow transactions to be completed quickly and accurately. He detailed the operational procedures based on the state’s digital transformation strategy, which includes a “one-stop shop” system to facilitate citizen services.
He added that the distinguished notarization branch in New Alamein City consists of three service windows, in addition to two windows that offer notarization services via the Egypt Digital Gateway.
This is part of the integration system between the Ministry of Justice and the Ministry of Housing, using the Government-to-Government (G2G) digital hub, in line with the national strategy of “Egypt Vision 2030.”
During his tour of the complex, Madbouli also listened to Minister of Housing, Utilities and Urban Communities Sherif el Sherbiny, who explained how the Ministry of Housing facilitated all necessary procedures to open the real estate registration office in a prime location within the Heritage District of New Alamein.
The office is connected to the city's information center to provide outstanding and model services and to contribute to the city's development through comprehensive citizen services.
For his part, Minister of Communications and Information Technology Amr Talaat emphasized that the opening of this complex is part of the ongoing cooperation with the Ministry of Justice to digitize its services. It also continues the efforts to implement the “Digital Egypt” project across all regions of the country. (MENA)
