CAIRO, May 27 (MENA) - Minister of Foreign Affairs, Emigration and Egyptian Expatriates Badr Abdelatty said Egypt is keen on providing all support to Mauritanian students in Egyptian universities and institutes.
During a meeting with Mauritania's Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research Yacoub Ould Moine in Nouakchott on Tuesday, Abdelatty added that the number of annual scholarships Egypt offers to Mauritanian students had increased from 97 to 202 in all fields of study.
Asserting the importance of cultural cooperation between Egypt and Mauritania, Abdelatty said he is looking forward to activating the role of the Egyptian Cultural Center in Nouakchott to promote intellectual and cultural activity in the sisterly Arab country. (MENA)
