NEW ALAMEIN, Aug 8 (MENA) - The cabinet okayed a draft presidential decree on the financing agreement regarding the EU Support to Youth Employability and Skills in Egypt (EU4YES), which is funded by the European Union through a grant worth €25 million.
The approval came at a meeting, which was chaired by Prime Minister Mostafa Madbouli Thursday.
The program aims to support youth and adults in gaining relevant technical and vocational skills for employment, fair-income jobs, and entrepreneurship.
It is meant to enhance the achievement of sustainable development goals by supporting the technical and vocational education and training (TVET) system, improving the quality of education and training to meet specific labor market needs, including green and digital transformations. (MENA)
