CAIRO, March 9 (MENA) - President Abdel Fattah El Sisi has said the government seeks to change the conditions of the Egyptians to the better.

Addressing the 33rd educational seminar of the Armed Forces on Tuesday, the president said that Egypt is witnessing the birth of a new republic with the inauguration of the New Administrative City (NAC).

The seminar, organized by the Armed Forces on the occasion of the Martyr's Day, is held Al Manara International Conference Center in New Cairo under the theme "If It Were Not For Them, We Would Not Be Here".
