CAIRO, Jan 17 (MENA) - Spokesman for the Health Ministry Khaled Megahed said that 234 members of the sporting delegations taking part in the 2021 IHF World Men's Handball Championship underwent medical checkups on Saturday.

The move came as part of an anti-coronavirus plan adopted by the committee tasked with medically examining hotel staff and handball teams taking part in the tournament, which is being hosted by Egypt till January 31, the spokesman said on Sunday.

All the examined personnel are in good health, he added. (MENA)
