The Armed Forces appointed a judicial conscription committee to settle the conscription positions of citizens in the Halayeb, Shalatin, and Abu Ramad areas and to hand over to them free conscription treatment certificates in their locations, over the course of several days. A medical convoy was also dispatched to provide the necessary free medical examination and treatment to the people of those areas, and to distribute large quantities of free food supplies to citizens on the occasion of the approaching month of Ramadan.
