CAIRO, April 22 (MENA) - Chief of Staff of the Armed Forces Osama Askar witnessed on Monday the implementation of the main phase of a two-level command centers project.

The project is being conducted by one of the formations of the Second Field Army as part of the annual combat training plan of the Armed Forces.

Second Field Army Commander Mohamed Rabie highlighted the continued support of the Armed Forces General Command to all units of the field army to be able to efficiently carry out its missions.

He stressed keenness of the Second Field Army personnel on shouldering their responsibility and carrying out their duties under any circumstances.

The project showed the high combat skills of the army units as well as their capabilities in using the latest means of cooperation and technical and administrative control to implement the planned and urgent tasks assigned to them during the stages of the exercise.

Meanwhile, Askar conveyed to the soldiers the greetings of Defense Minister Mohamed Zaki, commending the high efficiency of participants in the project.
